ZX-81's PSPSSH: SSH2 Client for PSP v1.0.1 |
Ó

PSP developer ZX-81 has just released PSPSSH, a PSP version of Matt Johnston's Dropbear SSH2 server and client app, over on the QJ PSP Development forums. According to ZX-81, this port is based on version 0.48.1 of Dropbear, while the terminal Vt100 emulation part of PSPSSH is based on "the work of Danzel for his Telnet client for PSP."
This is still the first release, and ZX-81 acknowledges that some additional work has yet to be done in order to improve PSPSSH. If you have any suggestions or bug reports, feel free to discuss this release on the QJ PSP Development forums by clicking on the Visit link below.
Remember, please read the included readme file before you install PSPSSH. PSPSSH has been developed on Linux and works under firmwares 1.5 and 3.x-OE.

i was just wondering if there are any ssh client brews... and what do i wake up on the next day? a psp ssh *-* thx dude
What is a shh client? lol....
Its a program to hack peoples boxes
while this may be more of a novelty, i still think it's pretty damn cool.
whatdoes it do? qj failed to explain it in the article itself.
act smart: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ssh
really nice, i was hopping something like this, now must see how the keyboard works :P Thanks.
what the ***** is this for?? zx81 is getting worse and worse at releasing crap nobody wants or will use, what next??? ZX81's authentic 80's digital watch? complete with bonus date feature?? ZX81, you suck bigtime
hey, great work ! would it be possible to get it working with some IR keyboard or so
If i can ask the person above me what app did you relese to say that this suck?
I've been looking for an ssh client for the psp for awhile. Great work!
@all : thx Zx
really? i don't believe you!! you serious? thats amazing!
Very nice effort ! PSP lacks this kind of apps. Ppl like you make this device interesting for something else than a plain mp3 player or a gaming device (even if it was meant for gaming its more powerful than that) Keep going on !
Thanks so much!!! I have wanted an SSH client for so long -- I saw the telnet client but absolutely hate P-SPRINT with a passion... this is the exact OSK that I was looking for ;) But.... How do you use the ctrl key? I see it listed in the OSK, but cant seem to get it to "stay down" while I choose another key... any help would be appreciated.
I *swear* i just googled for something like this yesterday... thank you so much!
Thanx alot for this wonderfull app, iv been wating for a ssh client for ages and i hope you keep updating it :)
avenger.hacker.googlepages.com There is HEAPS of other tutorials there as well for you to use. As well as websites that can help you make money.
It's a beta version, and keys are missing (such as ctrl-C, ctrl-L, arrows etc ...). I'm still working on it ;) Zx
It is an SSH client (think of it as encrypted telnet). If you don't know what SSH is, you probably don't need this app.
