Yet Another GUI for Popstation v1.0 |
Ó
Is there room left in the homebrew world for Yet Another GUI for Popstation v1.0? That's what its developer, m0rkeulv, wants to know. The answer in our opinion is yes. Yet Another GUI for Popstation v1.0 is a bit different from other similar homebrew apps. m0rkeulv's app does not require the ISO in the same folder as Popstation.
Yet Another GUI for Popstation v1.0 allows you to make a list of ISOs you want to convert. And you can convert them without doing each one manually. It also has a progress bar indicating how far the conversion has come.
m0rkeulv says if people find his GUI useful he might add naming and icon support later.

Yes please make icon support! i HATE HOTSHOTS 2 NOW!
Dude PSX2PSP v0.7 is the best one around as of now. http://pspupdates.qj.net/PSX2PSP-v0-7-a-new-converter-for-PSX-games/pg/49/aid/77487
or anyone else making a popstation converter thing for that matter... can you please incorporate the possibility of converting pal iso's into ntsc? i've managed to download zapper2000 and pal4u - both of which work, but doing all that is a hassle. i don't mind using cmd to be honest, but if someone were to combine all this lot i would be well impressed. so, yeah, can someone try to make that happen?
Sorry I gaved you the wrong link and application version.... there was another PSX2PSP by a different author but was taken down by QJ bc it contain iligal files. Here is th one I was telling you about... Get this version because QJ is hosting v0.5 and there is already a v.0.5.1 * All save ID's should now be detected http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t+40946
qj.net do not want post prog's because it's 'illegal'. For real 'legal' user's I made 'Special Edition'. (lol) I deleted keys.bin, and delete three 'legal' images. eboot.pbp is NOT taken from hotshot golf. You can download 0.8 version here: http://ifolder.ru/749310 It now has save fixing support, and icon replace. Can be some trouble with music and video replacements, but I will fix it in next version. Hope you enjoy, bcoz first of all - it's converter, faster converter .
Really, Add full support of images renaming and save name and you have a winner. Though the time it takes to convert a file isn't much haivng a batch it and leave it would be nice.
I'll stick with "Clean Popstation" for now. Now if you made a GUI for that!
psp content manger works for me!!!
youre a flaming retardo monging dum douche. this is an update to devhook and youll die in regret of youre *****itty comment
what they are joking right?
Trouble with Audio + Video+ Useless Cmon, What's the point of speed convertion when you get it crap. I'm goin gto spend hors playing these games. You think waiting 10 minutes, 15 or 30 is a long time? NO I rather have quality than save my self 15 minutes. I'm thankful that you taking your time to write this stuff but I won't try it again until all is fix. You have of GUI competition out there... make your time worth your release.
That was like multiple personality disorder put into an epileptic fit put into a sentence. Seek professional help immediately.
Can you with this programm the killzone liberation demo converte to eboot so that it is playable on normal firmware???
Can I with this Playstion1 to PSP convertor play emulate a PSP game?
All these pbp convertors and not one scompresses the images....... apparently they are compressed when downloaded from sony store, so the psp must be able to handle decompression - how about a cso prx or something??
I'm using the dannyk version right now , because me and DOS don't quite get along yet:P...lol. But I would have to agree with the post on different icons and splash window. It'd add a little originality and personalization ;-). Kind of like how PSPmedia Manager adds a thumbnail to it's video clips, ya know what I mean? I DID notice in the forums a tutorial about how to change these. So whoever wants to change them could possibly go there to learn how ;-) Also, three bits of advice: 1) If you're like me and the game doesn't start right away, you may have to press "O" , Hard reboot and go into the restore function, select configuration, then exit back out making sure you have it in 3.02 kernel mode. I've been having to do that with every single game I've done so far, but only once for each. Funky I know, but it works :D. Doesn't matter if it's in 3.02 kernel when I do it, I still have to do it with EVERY game :P 2) The best games to "backup" would be ones which do not have an up and down camera action( where you can look up or down in addition to sideways for obvious reasons( no right analog stick :P). 3) Copying the "KEYS.BIN" and pasting will save some time and aggravation if you are transferring files from file to file on your computer. Transferring to your PSP will copy it automatically(This last bit I added because my first few games tested I forgot the KEY.BIN file...my bad :P). Hope this may help any who might be struggling with getting their games to play. So, if it doesn't work the first time, try the restore method first ;-) Long live home brew :D !!!
thanx m0rkeulv!!! this worked alot better than the others out! a better version for icon sound support would be nice but...theres always PSP Brew so...im grateful i have a PSP that can run PSX games so thanx again!!!! PS: PPL JUST DOWNLOAD PSP BREW IT ALLOWS YOU TO MODIFY ALMOST ALL HOMEBREW APPS!!!!
Getting everything converted without a problem...always end-up at the black screen. Toshinden 1,2 + 3, warhawk, madden, several other old games - any help...still at 0% success.
You can always have more than one, even with just using popstation by itself. It's not one save slot, it emulates both memory cards so you have 50 save slots.
"Cmon, What's the point of speed convertion when you get it crap. I'm goin gto spend hors playing these games. You think waiting 10 minutes, 15 or 30 is a long time? NO" You really care that your game doesnt play an animation and audio when you are hovering over it in the XMB? Man you're lame. Making up those PMF's + AT3's is a pretty long process in itself just save yourself some time and only use the images.
will this work with the standard 3.xx or only with a modded one like 3.02 OE-B?
