XviD4PSP v5.028 RC1 update for v5.027 final now out

Homebrew developer Winnydows hiked XviD4PSP's version number another minor digit up, sending the homebrewed application to version 5.028 with a quad of changes for current users using version 5.027 final. XviD4PSP is a PC-based converter used to format videos to friendlier resolutions and audio playback rates for the Sony PlayStation Portable.

Adding to XviD4PSP version 5.027's changes, XviD4PSP version 5.028 release candidate (RC)1 carries the following fixes and additions:

• Added MP4 Archos 650 format.
• Added Italian translation, thanks to 9600pro.
• Fixed resolution masks.
• Fixed XviD profile creation crash.

Like other previous releases, developer Winnydows recommends a single codec pack to use in conjunction with XviD4PSP v5.028 RC1, and that would be the K-Lite Codec Pack. Just run the update executable to upgrade, but you must have XviD4PSP v5.027 final installed first.
