The last time we saw VCS CheatDevice was last year with version 2.3, which was highlighted by the "Construction Mode". Well, PSP homebrew developer Edison Carter is back and has released an upgraded version of CheatDevice, 2.4.In case you missed previous reports, VCS CheatDevice is as you may have guessed, a cheat application for GTA: Vice City Stories. For version 2.4, Edison Carter has made it compatible with OE and M33 custom firmware (the dev indicated testing it on 3.10OE-A and 3.71 M33). The dev also left an important note on the readme file: "After installing, wait at least 15 seconds before turning off USB or pulling out your memory stick. The PC caches your changes and doesn't write them out until a while later. If your memory card gets corrupt, use chkdsk /f X:."
Anyway, you know the drill. Check out the readme before anything else - it contains important info like the installation instructions and other important reminders from the dev.

I have been waiting for this for ages, thanks so much. Now can we just have LCS cheat device updated to include all the features that it doesn't have but the save game does and compatibility for OE and M33?

Is there a compatible LCS CD for M33 or OE? It was AGES since I played with ECCD for LCS.

Will there ever be a 3.70 down grader that doesn't require Pandora's battery. Pandora's is to confusing and to much of a hassle. Memory card battery another psp with home brew. F uck that!
no, fanjita and noobz said there will be no more software exploit HEN or downgraders (since they are now pretty much obsolete). go to the noobz website and pay one of the guys on the forum 5 bucks to make a pandoras battery from one of your regular ones. and really if pandora is too complicated i wouldnt go doing anything with the flash on my psp, since its all very complicated.
best cheat device ever....maybe i just haven't had cheat device for awhile ..but my god there are sooo many cheats on this one
i've always wanted to try the cheat device, WITHOUT devhook cause of my M33. i loaded it but when i spawn anything, my game locks up.... any suggestions? hopefully there's gonna be an update soon.
ok i figured it out, i can spawn any car but i can't ride the motorcycles...... dammit. i wanted a pcj600 with 25 times rocket boost!
