I just checked and yes it does work with OE-B just follow DAX gave us on using our own modules and make sure you enable it in recovery mode.

Heres how

Just put the prx in your ms0:/seplugins/ folder, with two txt documents. One called game.txt, the other vsh.txt in those documents should be ms0/seplugins/vcscheatdevice.prx Then go into recovery mode,(power on hold r) go to plugins and make sure it says enabled for both.

u can do that. place the vcscheatdevice.prx file in the "MS0:\seplugins\" directory, create a file called game.txt. Add the following into that file: ms0:/seplugins/vcscheatdevice.prx Boot the PSP into recovery mode by holding down the R button, go to plugins and enable the cheatdevice. Good luck!

way to install this wihtout devhook

download the CheatDevice UMF installer by coldbird. then replace the file vsccheatdevice.prx in the install folder of the umf installer with the new cheatdevice.prx adn viola instaleld and ready o go!.

The only thing that u dont need to do is put the ms0:\seplugins\vcscheatdevice.prx into the vsh.txt file, because u dont need it running in the xmb, and then if it isnt in the file it will only come up on the plugin list once. Just make sure it is enabled adn it will work. i already had this set up from 2.2 and so all i had to do was copy the file.

Right, for those who can't get it to work with 3.02OEA here's how its done! connect USB to PC and PSP. open up the drive (usually F,G) open up the 'seplugins' folder put vcscheatdevice.prx in here create a txt doc called vsh create a txt docs called game and write 'ms0:/seplugins/vcscheatdevice.prx' (without quote marks) init restart PSP and hold down R go to plugins and enable the cheatdevice

Just disable irsmp3 mod and it'll work just fine.

(sry for my bad english^^, im german) i have 3.02oe-b and put the cheatdevice.prx in the seplugins folder. than i go into the recoery menu and enable the cheatdevice plugin. now i reboot and vcs is starting. than i see the videos. at last i see the screen with the licenses and other text and the psp turn off after 10 seconds. when i disable the plugin, it works. i have the EU UMD. what i make wrong? please answer me in a mail...^^ my email: jansch-hh@web.de THANK YOU!!!

Hmm...

It only works on the US and UK versions of the game. That's what it said on cheatdevice.com.

does anyone know how to make the cheats in the create cheat mode?

but i used the installer . . .booted devhook .51 emu'd 2.71 and started vcs and nothing happens . .?Am i missing something?
