FullScreen Browser - Image 1

It looks like some of you are having troubles running homebrew application FullScreen Browser. The owner of the program, TheNameless, dropped by our forums the other day and checked on the matter.

To those of you who haven't heard about the program yet, this handy app re-sizes the resolution of the PSP Browser window to a normal resolution. As you all know, some of the websites often appear squeezed. Anyway, TheNameless said that he actually found a fatal bug within the program.

It has something to do with the configurations and the older version can't handle it. The coder added that FullScreen Browser v1.2 is now fixed and ready to roll. In fact, here is its changelog:
  • A big bug fixed (SORRY, I didn't test the code directly on the PSP. So I don't see that the configuration do not work for offline files. This is because the browser doesn't save cookies from file)
  • Added Easy Installer and Configurator
  • Google Search and Wikipedia Added
  • Small Fixes, code revision
There. There shouldn't be any problems now. But if you find any, gladly share them with the rest of us. After all, as we've seen, TheNameless will be very happy to improve this app. A FAQ and a readme file are included in the download so be sure to give them a look first!

The dev sent us word that since some people were having problems with the installer in v1.2 (those with no /psp/commom), he updated this and the FAQ. You can head on to the DL site and download the updated file (with the same version number since TheNameless says this modification doesn't really merit a new one).

» I love this

I like that you added links on the address bar. I was able to figure out how to add my own but i think if you make another release you should allow people to set them up in the configure menu.
