A new build is now available for System Player 101, the LUA-based file and system browser for the PSP. Homebrew developer homemister informs us that this new version holds an important update for the PSP Phat.

A couple of new features here, plus a couple of upgrades as well. Some of the major updates are the improvements to the system info which now offers support for all CFW, including 3.80 M33... which hasn't been released yet. Here are the developer's notes:

New Features:
  • Under music player you can press Triangle to start the visualizations and circle to stop them.
    • Pressing triangle changes them.
    • There are 5 visualizations.
  • The main menu has been updated and the clock and selection arrow have been fixed.
  • The system info has been fixed with support for all CFW including 3.80 m33
  • The System Browser has been updated and runs faster and more efficiently
Users are advised to read the documentation that is included in the archive. The readme file includes the installation instructions and info on known bugs. Please give feedback or questions on the application in our forums.
