CoMeCoCoS just released a set of plugins for Dark_Alex's 2.71 custom firmware. And these are really cool plugins, mind you. According to CoMeCoCoS himself, you can listen to MP3s, and even take screenshots and videos while you play.
Unicorn over at the DCEmu forums said that installation is really easy: just copy the files to your memory stick, execute Video Plugin for 2.71SE-B'' from Game Menu, and start to capture while playing a commercial game.
There's also a tutorial (albeit in Spanish) made by ciu0ud, which you might find helpful. It's about modifying PSP flash to enable plugins, so if you're new to this stuff, you might want to check it out (and learn Spanish in the process as well).

i know this has nothing to do with this but i was trying to downgrade a 2.71 to a 1.5 and then i was following the steps of the downgrader and i somehow skiped 1 step and then i *****eed up my psp(bricked) the step was that if the psp was ici1003 i couldnt downgrade it after i bricked my psp i opened the program again and then i noticed that i skipped one step and i instantly opened to see if it was an ici1003 and it was is there anything i can do to repair it without wasting money and in less than 2 days?
this sh** don't work on 2.71. music button and nothing. both in the xmb and in-game. how do u get this to work?

wow i have no idea how to use this any help would be great
It works to capture and record in-game for me fine. (I have noticed that it causes a lag though in game slightly even when not in use) The SVCPlayer program does NOT work after being converted with PSPBrew to a 1.0 eboot. It freezes and shuts down the psp.
does anyone know about the mp3 mod?........... it doesnt even list it in the readme....

The original version has configure file on its root folder named capture.ini now how can i edit capture.ini file? i just edit 'delay=100' to 'delay="333' for 3 frame a second. 10 frames a second make a games to slow.

The Video Capture module here was a one off modification I did for a user who contacted me... * I DID NOT GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO RELEASE IT... * I WILL NOT SUPPORT IT... IF IT BLOWS UP YOUR PSP IT'S NOTHING TO DO WITH ME... It doesn't work with the capture.ini file by the way... Oh, and thanks Qj for the credit you morons...
