PSP Homebrew Icon Sort

UFox, from our forums, has released a Windows application that allows you to sort your PSP homebrew icons. The user is able to move the icons up or down within the list, and also either move or hide the corrupted icons.

Changes to v1.1:
  • Four icon sizes to choose from (original, medium, small, tiny)
  • Hide corrupted icons (Use "Action" menu to hide all corrupted icons; Use right-click menu on list item to hide selected corrupted icons)
  • Added English UI language
  • The ability to drag folders and/or files onto the list will also copy the items to PSP\GAME folder
  • Added a default background image in the preview window

Personally, I think this software is great. No more endless cycling through the memory stick games directory just to get to the bottom. I wonder if this hides the corrupt icons or *hides* them (making empty spaces in its place). Shall try it out soon.

This is a windows piece of software, so it will indeed work with 2.00+, but considering you need eLoader to get it working, then there seems little point.

Nothing wrong with saying first comment, it's just stating the obvious (read: pointless), but it's silly when people only say that. If they continued with a comment about the topic then fine, otherwise they are just lame :P

This Tool is great, well done UFox...

It would be great if there was a similar tool for sorting out the Video files in the MP_ROOT - 100ANV01 & 100MNV01 Folders and even Music...

just another note, nothing to do with this article but in my opinion, 2.xx homebrew seems to be almost standing upto 1.5 homebrew which is great!!

Playing 2.0-6 games right away without having to load any type of devhook prog, but still play good homebrew is good, Unfortunatly kernal access is only on 1.5, but people can't be responsible enough with that kind of access.

PSPBrew could do the same thing this program could; plus it could do more.

PGO also does this.

However don't shoot down someone for creating a what you consider a redundant piece of software, who knows they might be able to do it better (or merely different like our Linux friend #18 SukkoPera).

Competition breeds quality (at least among one of the competitors) so don't knock it.

Love it! another sorting software, i always had problems with the corrupted icons, i want the % folder to STAY with the normal folder when i sort!!! so i can see where the heck it is all the time. hopefully this is finally the answer to it.

to #5: mabie because some of the good coders are gone cuz they hate flames, or we just already have alot of good softwares on psp.

to #12 and yes i think they CAN track your IP and ban you that way...
