Team Duck member Slasher has informed us that a new version of Slash-N-Flash has been released. You can download it below, but before we get to that here's some pertinent info first.

Slash-N-Flash is a generic flashing application for the Sony PlayStation Portable handheld gaming system. Slasher has made this app noob-friendly, but if you've never tried flashing anything onto your PSP before, be sure to carefully read the readme file included in the download. In fact, even if you're not a newbie at flashing, read the readme so you don't brick your PSP.

Here's the changelog for Slash-N-Flash v3:
  • GUI updated
  • Theme option totally revamped.
  • Flash ANY theme guaranteed.
  • All files supported.
  • Flashes original files first so theme is the way it's intended to look.
  • File browser is updated, and can now flash ANY file ANYWHERE you wish on the flash0 drive.
  • Tools supports more options now.
  • When saving flash space, SlashNFlash creates a backup so you can reflash the files.
  • Launch RECOVERY eboot if anything wrong happens. (Reflash to previous firmware eg. 1.5)
  • Dump the entire contents of your flash0 drive. (Used for backup)
  • Format your flash1 drive to reset settings.
  • Everything basically updated.
One final note: This app is for any custom firmware version, but the theme files included are for 3.52 M33 only. Again, read the readme file and don't forget to make backups of your flash0.
