Glynnder from the PSPro development team has emailed us a video of his upcoming Lowser modification application, LuaMainframe2 for all of you to look at. LuaMainframe2 is the sequel to the unreleased (which is probably why you've never heard of it) LuaMainframe. As you can see from the video, LuaMainframe2 is a GUI replacement for the Lowser included in Lua Player with many more features.

"LuaMainframe2 has a smooth cursor-less UI (although at the moment there is a cursor just to select Game/Image etc...) The browsing code is very similar to Lowser so it shouldn't have many issues there. It has favourite Lua script execution, USB connection, image viewer, Lua script execution, system stats and much much more."

Glynnder is also on his way to releasing the first closed beta for LuaMainframe2, so any coders interested can join the Development team if you wish and get in on the action! Just contact Glynnder-PSPro in our forums. Regular use of the Lowser included with Lua Player can get boring because of the standard GUI, but with this applications, Lua Player is about to get a whole lot better!

Update: To help you see exactly what is on the horizon, Glynnder has released the old beta version of the original LuaMainframe which was never offically released. Although it doesn't contain the amazing GUI that you can see in the video, it still adds some more functionality over the original Lowser.
