Ó

Xeno's been working hard on a new version of the Glyph Media Manager for the PSP. If you remember our previous coverage, Glyph acts as an alternative to the Sony Media Manager, allowing users to transfer media from the PC to your PSP. It had a ton of features before, such as an auto renaming system for the media being sent and a system for organizing your PSP files.

Xeno's readme for Glyph 1.55 states that he intends to add homebrew and savegame support for the next version, which is a big plus, and an autosync feature, which allows for automatic file transferring when connecting your PSP to the computer.

In the meantime, he's sent a screenie of the work-in-progress, which definitely shows the homebrew support idea on the interface when compared to 1.55 screenshots. Let's hope he can put in all of his intended additions into this new version so he give us homebrew lovers a reason to hug our beloved handhelds before going to sleep. Good luck Xeno!

If you'd like to know more about Xeno's app, check out the readme file, and pray he updates his site so we don't have to wait with bated breath.

its not too useful to me, but Ill be sure to try it out when it releases. Hopefully it will have the ability to arrange the order of the icons, that is somethign this app will need.
