QJ.Net Forum resident Nightcrawler noted that the biggest observable change in this release is a fully functional stopwatch, although poisonhzkj states that more functions are forthcoming in future versions. Given the bundle lacks a file readme, here are the controls:
Screenshot controls:- Dpad + L/R: get a area
- Dpad : move the area
- File Manager controls:
- Select(Triangle)
- Select All(Square)
- change device(R)
- change panel(LEFT/RIGHT)
- Excute(Circle)
- Operation menu(L)
- Stopwatch controls:
- Start/Pause (circle)
- mark down (R)
- reset(L)

it still doesn't work in game, i hope that it get fixed soon. but overall a nice prx.
For USB HostFS alone this is worth the download. A must for any polished PSP OE enabled unit.

This ain't more than just a prx, so don't think you're special. Release something useful or don't release it at all.
i have 3.40 oe psp but i want to downgrade to 3.03 oe so what i need or can i get cheatmaster for this version 3.40 oe its what i want so someone can help?
Glad to see this get updated! Its my favorite plugin. 2 things id like to see get added are ability to turn on/off plugins in the OE configuration panel and ability to active during a game!

ok so i have 3.40 OE and i put all the files in the seplugins folder, activated the two plugins in recovery mode but how do i activate this plugin in the XMB (what buttons do i push) if it does indeed work in 3.40 OE?

Ok so i have everything set up right, SCEP-XMB is the only plugin i have running but when i got to the XMB and press the Select button, it does nothing. I'm not a noob at this stuff so you can be sure that i installed everything right Can anyone confirm this works on 3.40 OE? Does the zip file given here have all the files nessesary to run this? am i missing something?
I have this plugin instaled i am havin trobble playing games thru usbhosts with this how do i do it?? i know how to use usbhosts i can get the games to come up i just cant get them too boot can some 1 help me please and all so with this relese of scep-xmb when you use the pspower to switch intoo sleep mode there seems to be a small bug that makes the clock that is in the scep-xmb menu flash on and off in the bottem left hand corner of the screen
well i can confirm that it works on 3.40 oe and yes de file given here contains all the files to run the prx. so i dont know what wrong than
downgrade to 3.03 oe you can do that with the recovery (don't exactly how) and yes you can use the CheatMaster on 3.40 oe
I got it installed and all, but uh....how do you turn in on.......
I miss irShell. It really needs to be updated for the new OE's. It had all this functionality already (still does, far as i can tell). A gui update would be nice too, but i'd take anything. *sigh*
