KingSquitter is letting everybody know that PSX2PSP popstation GUI application has just been upgraded to version 1.2, and is now available for downloading. Given the amount of popularity Popstation is getting - albeit the complicated controls interface - we're sure the gamers are just as happy with Popstation GUI's like these which provide for a more user-friendly control surface.
Fixes for this particular GUI include are a bug fix in popstation.dll, and added effects to customized icons. As for the full changelog:
- Fixed bugs in popstation.dll.
- Added effects to customized icons (see screenshot to the right).
- I've attached pics.zip. It contains Theme_white.psd and cIcon0.psd.
- I've also attached Theme_editor.zip. It contains a simple theme editor and src for the theme editor. (When using the theme editor, save often and take backup of layout.ini)

I tried the last version and now the newest version. I can't get any of my ICON0 (icon images) to show up when trying to convert from img to eboot. It used to work fine with older versions of psx2psp, but not anymore.
anyone know how to fix this?
I am a noob to popstation. So, can somebody give me a readme or help me figure out how to use this?
I think you have to supply the base.pbp and keys file yourself, just put them in the "Files" folder
You need a base.pbp, but it doesn't have to be the hotshots one. I found one where it cuts the size down to 4 mbs and it works perfectly. Something is done to the eboot to take all the extra's out of it.
Oh yeah, I love this application. I got a Maxconsoles account just to be able to keep up with this program.

Grab the one from my AutoPopstation4 and stick it in this one.
Someone told me it not decrypts the eboot and doesn't require a KEYS.BIN anymore. To be more like the Sony Store PSX releases. Not sure if this is true, but they don't boot on my 3.03 OE-B anymore :\
There is no readme along with this release. Is this normal or did it get cut out?

JCMC, how could I get that BASE.PBP? I only have a 128 mb memory card so I've only been playin rips of games ATM, but that BASE.PBP could help me a lot. Could you email it to cwessels3
