Noob2PSP and Dev4PSP have recently released PSPixel Restore v1.00. This homebrew was designed to restore stuck pixels on your beloved PSP.Using the program is very simple, load it up and simply press X to clean up those unsightly stuck pixels. The menu is pretty self-explanatory and installation is simple. Still, if you plan on using this program, be sure to go over the installation instructions to avoid any problems.

And any program that flashes each pixel with a bunch of different colors is more likely to CREATE MORE STUCK PIXELS than to actually fix any.
Plus, this comes from a developer who has released a fake text-to-speech program and a bricker.
I wouldn't trust it if I were you.
