PSPOSX released |
Ó
The "Team PSPCrazy" released their first program for the PSP as an entry into the NeoFlash Spring Coding Competition 2006. This program, entitled PSPOSX, is a new shell for the PSP. This new shell looks to combine elements from all three of the current shells into one package/new shell. Now you have 5 (PSP-OSS, Psix, iR Shell, Artillery, and this!) shells to choose from if you are getting tired of the old PSP's XMB (The PSP's "OS"). Best of luck in the competition!Download [PSPOSX v0.1 Beta]

id like to here ne comments on the damn shell so i would know if its worth downloadin all yall are morons
its a good shell, i like it alot
Its a great shell, the pmp and mp3 work great, i really like the minimize window option. Too bad it doesn't save the pmp pos file. Like psp oss btw. this is the best shell i've ever had on my psp and i tried all of them(at least i think)
eyed leak two spill leak ewe yall our show beach dummy
This has built in Video Player Function?
And Homebrew?
Props to Team PSPCrazy... especially for not charging 10 bucks for HOMEBREW! That and here we have a FREE shell whose functionality actually works. Props guys, great job, screw PSix.
im a anonymous coward... this thing is cool!!

Its a good app. there is some small quirks that need sorting but other than that, yeah, i was impressed. the mirrored controls for the image viewer made me laugh though

GO PSPCRAZY
this is the best app
When I try to load PSP OS X, it says this:
Error loading MP3 Module: 80010002.
Exiting...
I dont see how this shell is unique in any way. Anyone can build somthing if they use good parts from all the other compeditors. And for the last time you dont have to pay $10 for PSIX! You are basicly buying the job as a beta tester to test it and give back feedback so they can release a freeware version that works properly. Ill actually try to download this shell when it can think of something unique.
Load PSPOSX from the XMB.
I tried loading it from iRShell and I got that error.
I did start it from the XMB
nocomment
Don't rename the folders or it wouldn't work
Good Job PSPCrazy!!!!!!! !!
This is the best shell ever!!
this is good no money to pay bye bye psix

i see no flaws with this one, yet
whats that psp icon on the desktop for?
PSPcrazy rocks!
Paying $10 to "Buy the rights to Beta Test" could be about the worst thing I have ever heard. They should pay YOU to beta test. That whole PSIX is a complete bunch of crap. I tried it one time, clicked on photos, although I did not have any photos, and it crashed.
This was on the most recent version. So obviously there are not too many people paying to do the work. You know, paying to find the bugs.
Please dont criticize PSIX unless you have the pro membership. I agree with someone..that this is nothing new. To me it seems like a last minute program to enter in the contest. Thats lame. This program is lame. PSPcrazy is lame.

if you actually go to the PSPcrazy forums (home of all your gaming needs) you realize they have been working on it for quite some time and from what I heard the pro membership wasnt THAT good.
psix didnt even enter the competition.
and beside of that im not saying psposx sucks, infact its very functional but the GUI is 90% psix ripoff
psix sucks ass,
psposx is a much better,
more stable shell.
I wouldn't take psix for free.
This error only occurs when you try to hide corrupted data icons. if you copy the 2 files directly to the games diretory it works fine.
Could you please bring out a new version with more pmp functionality?
I'm voting for this one in the competition, for sure!
Isn't the fact that it costs money enough of a reason to not use it? Seems sort of stupid to pay for something Sony's trying to prevent!
is it the program or my PSP..
upon installing PSPosx. i found a corrupted icon on my XMB..i tried to remove it using seipsptool.. and this is what happened
Error loading MP3 Module: 80010002.

don't rename the folders. It doesn't load the mp3 module properly if you do.
