Snaps to developer amrcidiot for dropping by to tell us that the latest version of PSPlay v0.3.5 is now available for download. For those of you who aren't familiar with this neat homebrew app, PSPlay is guitar simulator for the PlayStation Portable handheld.

The biggest update to the latest version finally includes compatibility for the PSP Slim & Lite. However, when loading PSPlay from your PSP Slim, make sure that you load it under Fanjita's eLoader or else it won't load at all. As an added bonus, the developer has also included a new menu featuring his guitar on the front.

Don't worry if this update seems rather sparse, amrcidiot hinted that there might be significant additions to the app sometime in the future, including a drum and electric guitar simulator and "possibly piano or keyboard" as well.

In any case, don't forget to read up on the documentation included with both versions of this great app.
