As of now the program is still in its beta stage. According to Dark_Moon, the program can still only write simple documents and does not have the sufficient characters to write C/C++. Here are the instructions for the program:
General :
Start - Return to the XMB
Save - Select
Write document mode :
Up and down - Change character
Cross - Next character
R - Space
Circle - Next line
Write file mode :
Up and down - Change character.
Cross - Next character
R - It puts in the screen "/"
L - It puts in the screen "."
Square - Write the file and return to xmb.
If you have any questions or if you wish to discuss the program, follow the link to our forums below. If you find bugs in the program, Dark_Moon also requests that they be reported in the forum thread.

Comments [refresh]
I would like it if there was a way to save the document and then go back to create another document, instead of going through the xmb again.
Also, there is no way to delete characters, and I would appreciate having the ability to do that.
You may want to add a onscreen keyboard or something, because flipping through the characters is a hassel. The onscreen keyboard that sony has already provided in the PSP would be great because everyone is so familiar with it.
I believe this application can become very useful, as I am still in high school and I could very easily just write things on my PSP.
Also, if you havn't lowered the cpu speed, you may want to do that, as I believe this application probably doesn't take alot of power, or am I wrong? I have no clue, as I am not a developer myself, but this would be a great addition if you have not already thought of this.
Thank you for developing for the homebrew community, and I hope these comments were useful.
I know I have added alot of comments, but but I really want this app to be awesome.
The save function is kind of confusing and I think it may not be working correctly. If it would be possible, I would like to have a file that comes with the eboot that has a default save location, and I could change that file through the usb function. That would be really awesome, instead of writing where I want the file saved to and what root, through the actual program you created.
