Ó
Developer Hotter dropped us an email to inform us of his new homebrew plugin, PSPconsole. This plugin has several features that you can access straight from the XMB, including a calculator program and a Snake game. It will even let you sort your games. Here's the email from Hotter:
With PSPconsole you can view memory stick, delete, copy, cut files... sort games, use calculator, play c snake and more... when you are in XMB ;) Tested with PSP slim 5.00 M33-6.
Please consult the readme for instructions on how to install the homebrew.

few bugs in filer, sometimes doesn't show files and folders. if it could unzip and unrar similar to pspfiler, that would be amazing. a pong or tetris game would make this plugin perfect

1) this plugin is so damn awesome that I actually had make an account to say so
2) compatibility:
works on PSP 1001k(fat) with 5.00m33-6
Conflicts:
if you have CFE your PSP will not boot with this and CFE activated(I find this more useful then CFE so i ditched it :P)
like to hear more compatibility post's

what does relate to this plug in is i decided to test out the file explorer on pspconsole with how well it moved complete folders, what i got is, it moved the folder, it moved files, but it made more than 30 corrupted files with symbols and no file format, and probably about 40 folders what used the same random characters and letters. i have a 4gb mem stick, but when i looked under game it said that one file was 22 gb, and it said the same when i connected to my computer. i tried to delete it using pspconsole, pspfiler, and my computer, and nothing could delete it. i had to back up everything but the one file on my memory stick, then format the card, then move everything back.
I still love this plug in, just thought i would explain a pretty big bug i found in the file explorer. sorry, i tried to find somewhere else to post this, but i couldn't find anywhere better than this page. sorry for the extremly long and probably annoying comment.
