The download file doesn't have an extention! try adding a .exe to it if it dosn't work. and PSP Updates this should have been fixed before the file was posted.
The installer worked just fine for me, Matt, not sure what you've been smoking
um yeah, the link to download the file does not have an extension. it may work, but that doesn't change the fact that the link does not have an extension.
Especially late at night when I decdied to recode some videos and all of a sudden "CONGRATULATIONS , YOU HAVE JUST WON A FREE IPOD" comes screaming out my speakers!
I love Vista's program specific volume control. Being able to mute certain programs while still being able to use others no problem, is just great for stuff like this.
no offense, this version blows. Its not intuitive, loaded with ads, and hasn't managed to sucessfully convert a video yet for me.
hey dvd sandwhich....how do you do that?
google search, Xvid4Psp, I have never seen such a perfected video converter. And since it is based on windows codecs, make sure you install a codec pack, such as the Combined Community Codec Pack.
All I have to say is FFMpegX. Mac software, free. Hands down the absolute best video encoder for encoding 480x272 videos and movies for 3.03 OE-C or higher. I recentely deleted all my old PSPWare movies (which was hard to bring myself to do considering how many hours and hours I invested) and replaced them with full resolution version using FFMpegX. 2000 bitrate videos, 2-pass and high quality option. I have close to 100GB of full res movies. I love it.
I didn't say it didn't work, only that it didn't have an extention. After making it an executable it worked fine. And for the record I've been smoking TOP rolling tobacco.

yeah, i think this is bust on 64-bit vista, which is why i can't convert anything. Wish we had a nice gui on linux for this stuff
