PSP Wardrobe v.2 is a theme flasher for your PSP - Image 1

Homebrew developer psp phd dropped by QJ.Net Forums and released a new theme flasher called PSP Wardrobe v.2. If you are wondering where's the first version, well you won't be able to find it because the developer didn't release it, which technically makes THIS the first one.

Anyway, psp phd has also mentioned that he hasn't found any bugs yet but you should feel free to report them because he plans to improve the application further. PSP Wardrobe was coded in Lua but doesn't require Lua Player to run. As for this program's features, here's the changelog for v.2:

PSP Wardrobe v.2
  • Changed battery Requirement from 33% to 20%
  • Added Feature that program will boot you if under 20% battery, if PSP is plugged in charging.
  • Added firmware Version check Protection. Program will boot you if your firmware is not 3.03 OE.
  • Removed Start Quits function. Added quit to menu.
  • Added support for sysconf_plugin.rco.
  • Increased support from 4 themes, to 10 themes.
  • Added "Flash A XMB Mod" menu, that lets you flash any of the supported .rco files to your  current theme. (Currently allows 1 mod of each type).
  • Added "Recovery Menu" menu. Lets you restore the entire original XMB, or any single aspect of it.
  • Added "Back Up/Restore" menu. that lets you back up and restore your current theme.
Take note that any application that reads and/or writes to the PSP unit's flash may cause damage to your unit, so take all precautions like reading the Readme file first. PSP Wardrobe v.2 is for custom firmware 3.03 OE-C.

there is a theme pack for 3.30 and 3.40 but it was in spanish but you could figure it out its pretty simple heres the link http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid+13576 but what you should do is not install it directly to your psp but let install into a new folder on your desktop and use RCO Editor to view the prx files and see what you would like.

well duh. You not read. that news has been round for months. the XMB of 3.10 is encoded differently and is currently unchangeable, however. 3.03 and 3.30 and 3.40(apparently) are changeable.

# can work if you disect itGuest 2007-04-29 10:17
well iam at 340oea and i customise everything except the topmenu.rco.those i get from here already convertored.

everything customizable from 303oec can be put in the flash0/vsh/resources of 340oec,,just remember that topmenu and wave might be a hassle.I think the wave can also be used.

# 3.10 oe-aGuest 2007-05-01 07:22
hey, im on 3.10 oe-a now, and as the xmb are encoded differently, it wont work. so 3.10 oe-a is rather dull for themes. Anybody got a link for the 3.10 oe-a downgrader (if there is one)???

well, if you have custom firmware 3.03oe-c, turn your psp (hold power for 3 second) and hold R on start up. you will enter recovery mode. go on advance and toggle USB (flash0) then, on your computer replace the files from the theme you want onto vsh/resources then exit recovery mode and then its done. but remember, ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP!
