Homebrew: PSP Spreadsheet v1.00 - Image 1

Pucelano, the creator of the Easy PSP Calculator, has produced a fully functional spreadsheet for the PlayStation Portable called PSP Spreadsheet v1.00. This program looks very well made and offers most of the functions one would expect from such an application.

Obviously, the basic operations are all present and accounted for. In addition to this, the coder has implemented multiple functions which streamline calculations and simplifies management of the different cells. Here's a list of features that have been implemented in this build:
  • Format cells options: Font, size, bold, color, decimals, alignment, and superimpose.
  • The integrated functions are named and work like those of Excel.
  • Exchange of files with Excel, using txt files.
  • Show or hide gridlines.
  • Turn on-off the USB connection.
  • Save screenshots in Memory Stick.
  • Possibility of changing the columns width.
  • Cut-Copy-Paste-Delete the content of the cells.
  • Clock and indicator of battery on screen.
The program and manual are both in Spanish so if you don't speak the language, you may have a hard time with the program. However, if you can wait a few days, Pucelano gave word that an English version of the program complete with an English manual will be released as well.

Awesome!

Always nice to see a real quality release amidst a sea of overly-similar apps. Good work.

Sounds sweet

I can't wait to test it out, when it arrives in English. Other then that I can hope for some iR Keyboard support in the future as well as more integrated functions like Excel uses. Thanks though for word of the project, I really hope this takes off.

hmmm to be honest

has anyone ever wondered why pspupdates.qj.net is the leading psp homebrew site and sony havent even attempted to shut it down for supplying files? or perhaps the reason why sony have a link to this site with a logo and said it would be deleted but never was? or perhaps how there firmware releases keep having obvious and findable glitch's in them like no other and in one firmware they unpatched an exploit and then repatched it again when it was re-discovered??? i think there is a summary coming up here: in my opinion pspupdates is created by sony and sony keep unpatching and making exploit possiblilitys on purpose... think about it for a second before you turn this down, take a look at this first: 1)Sony creates the new port console psp 2)Sony releases psp 1.00 with easy to find exploits 3)people begin to find out and create some little homebrew applications 4)sony discover (there own) exploit and create a new version with it patched 5)little community gets angry and finds a new exploit once again made by sony 6)psp fw updates are halted for a while and homebrew and emulators begin to be made along with fw hacks... 7)sony patch up twice more and they notice there firmware is not bieng hacked whatsoever, community fails to increase in size. 8)Psp debut release to the rest of the world and sony kick off the begining of the psp with......a new exploit hole.... :O ZOMFG??? 9)homebrew community find the glitch and homebrew begins to expand as people code gbc,gb,snes emulators as well as hit hb titles as smashgpsp. 10)sony realizes that the homebrew community is expanding and make some newer versions namingly 2.01-2.50-2.60 11)No hacks are found as of yet but whats this??? A GLITCH IS FOUND IN THE MOST BOUGHT GAME SO FAR???? wow and sony definatly didnt have nothing to do with that..... 12)Sony bieng as they are do there best to hide the homebrew community by placing a link to pspupdates on one of there sites. 13)sony claims this is an accident and says they will remove (july 2006) 14)july 2007 sony still fail to remove the link....oh by the way did i forget to mention the site where the link to pspupdates is is on the instruction manual of the psp??? ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: i think you can see the pattern and if you dont then you are foolish. think what you think but i think there is something going on here and that timeline reveals it....
