PSP Homebrew developer littlevish has released a new build for the PSP Portal: Galaxy. Now in version 2.0, the PSP Portal has a new "PSP Stumblr" app that sends you to a random website in the portal's database.
In case you missed the app's first release, Galaxy sets itself apart from other portals by allowing users to add their own content and the app will read it as added by default. Here are some of the features of Galaxy v2.0 as stated by the readme:

- Ability to load your own flash games and apps directly into the portal

multi-tasking. how innovative.
I mean, seeing how the browser doesn't have tabs or anyt....oh, wait? it does? OK.
At least this guy didnt included that many dumb flash games as other portal makers do.now i can see how good the portal
is
