And JK108's Ultimate PSPTube has finally reached the big 2.0 mark! Lots of bugfixes in this one, and there are also two new sites added to the list of supported sites. Here's the changelog for Ultimate PSPTube v2.0:
- Kontraband is now included
- Wank.To is now included
- Fixed YouTube after the videos stopped working
- Fixed a bug in YouTube which caused it to display some searches incorrectly if they had few results
- Fixed a bug in MetaCafe which caused it to only show the first page
- Fixed a bug in Spike which caused it to only show the first page of results
- Fixed StreetFire after it stopped working
- Fixed the description in Current
- Fixed TheTend after the videos stopped working
- Fixed Google Video after the videos stopped working
- Fixed XVideos after the videos stopped working
- Had to remove the high quality feature from YouTube because fmt=6 videos have been removed from the website
- Had to remove TNAFlix because the videos now crash the PSP
- Had to remove Shufuni because the search doesn't work properly and the video URL is more secure
- Had to remove ThatVideoSite because the website no longer appears to exist
- Had to remove Yuvutu because I can no longer obtain the search results

its a good thing this was released now, youtube just quit working for me on 1.9 and i was bummed for a minute there. i dont remember if 1.9 came with an optional alternate theme (if it did, i guess i didnt use it) but there is one with 2.0. definitely a must-have app!!

For some reason I always thought this app just downloaded youtube videos to your memory stick, so I never used it. Now that I've tried it, I must say this is one of the most professional-looking, useful, and well made homebrew app out there.
Use this every day. I was upset when YouTube broke, right when I needed it to show someone the My New Haircut video (He's a little behind on the times).
Nice work on this. It's a must and I really think Sony should pay the dev guys some money and add this in a future update to the PSP. The only thing that would make this better would be for it to have it's only main icon on the PSP XMB. I'm guessing they would probably just make it YouTUbe and lose all the porn :P I would love to see the addition of more mainstream video sites. GameTrailers would be really cool to have. There is a lot of great content on there; AVGN, ScrewAttack top ten and of course all the game trailers. Keep up the good work, S*****Man www.videogameobsession.cp,

It would Kewl if you could add naime channels like justdubs or Animefever to PSPTUBE :)
Now I really do have a "PornStationPortable". :)
It's great once again, but I wish it was the menu was nicer.
