» Wrong file uploaded?

Perhaps the author uploaded the wrong file, but the PspPowerSaver.prx file that is supposedly the newest v0.0.9 is the same as the PspPowerSaver.prx released as v0.0.8. The modified dates are exactly the same (down to the second), they are exactly the same size, and they are bit-for-bit identical according to a check I ran with KDiff3 0.9.95.
