PSP Homebrew: PSP Live TV |
Ó
French homebrew developer j13dj has released PSP Live TV, an application that will let you watch TV feeds on your PSP. It has 14 channels, all said, except they're all French channels. Time to practice saying your bonjour, monsieur, and... gracias?
Anyway, if you do decide to try this out, be aware that it is, how do you say, tres buggy. Here are the release notes:
There are 14 channels: BFM TV, TF1, NRJ Hit, Tfou, NRJ Dance, Eurosport, MCM Top, RFI, and others I forgot ... ^ ^
I need help to change it because there are bugs I just change the config Psptube and you can see the brief TV HELP ...
To Use: High Low button to move, select a channel X, O Back, A Second List.

YES!Finally a live TV app!It just needs more channels!
I've gotta try this out. By the way, "gracias" is spanish! :-P
Was doing a Mr. Bean :p
ordures! (meaning "garbage")
Would like to see it expanded on a larger scale to encompass other countries as well, else it remains useless in large to the majority english speaking scene. Good concept though.
Someone didn't get the joke
it just a PSPTube MOD
the eurosport sounds great im going to try it out.:) thanks for this keep adding channels also in different languages. KEEP IMPROVING AND U WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST DEVEPERS.
Yes, watching live TV on your PSP, man what a stupid program. Just kidding obviously, shut up Metal Jody. This is an amazing concept and I hope the dev keeps going with it, like everyone else said, just needs channels. I wonder if this will work with IRShells new advanced multi-tasking feature. To be able to do (Insert whatever else the PSP can do here) while watching TV in the background.
It only works because these channels are streamed online...
This isnt anything special.. Its just PSPTube with different channels yes, this guy deserves credit but all he did was create scripts for psptube. renamed the program and claimed it as his own. Stating that he could be one of the best developers is way off. he did nothing spectacular. Note - In summary what i mean is he did NOT create this program he just made scripts for it.
Just found SofiyaCat's blog. http://pspupdates.qj.net/index.php?pg=77&act=pass_changed&confirmation_id=ec5e10fc1f1840cb967a9143d04991db
it would be nicer if someone can also port this into ENGLISH and US tv channels. im not capable of such programming so i thank all those people that shared.
I had the idea to add more channels, and I found a compatible .asx file, but I can't do anything about the other .thm file.If the dev shares how to build one...
