Homebrew coder Light_AleX is back to release a new update for PSN License Manager, a handy homebrew application that allows you to easily backup and restore your PSN license from other regions right to your PSP without the hassle of connecting to the computer. The latest update is the dev's entry in the latest NeoFlash Summer Coding Compo 2009.

Version 0.40 changelog:
  • You can now relaunch the application.
  • Minor bug fixes.
