Homebrew developer Takka has updated the ISO Tool app again, bringing it up to version 1.978. This is a quick fix for a wrong ID included in the recently released version 1.977.

ISO Tool is a homebrew app that lets users decrypt EBOOT.BIN game files, repack ISOs, patch ISOs, convert ISOs to CSO format, create XMB ISO icons, and more using only their PSP.
