Get your translators handy once again guys. This one here's from French PSP brew dev fableboss1. It's G-stion'R v3 and it's some sort of an all-in-one utility pack for your PSP.
Here's what's in the changelog for version 3:
Changelog:
- all the graphics have been changes
- menu changer menu change
- display of the year has been added
- display if there are assertions of space on your memory card to dump the umd
- present display if the present is umd
- dding information in "info on your psp:
- display if the psp is connected to the sector or not
- display of the heat of the battery
- temp display of remaining battery
- display for the battery voltage
- display of place that takes the game on the umd
- display if there are assertions room on the ms for dumping or not
- display if umd is present or not

you gotta be kidding, I don't even upload that on my PSP..
probably some french lua cr@p..
but the dev is right, it's pointless to translate it to english..
the article doesnt even tell us anything about it.
The 2nd image is supposed to be the main menu, where the things you can choose to do are listed.
Its an extremely simple and broken shell for the french, because they didn't have a shell until now did they? You would think not if IR shell has no language selection.
Don't bother downloading, unless your name is Mabie A. and you feel that it might be the slightest bit convenient to have a visible image of the main menu. (http://img.qj.net/uploads/articles_module/123733/gstion2_qjgenth.png?387487)
