PSP homebrew: Function Plotter - Image 1 Developer sony_psp_player dropped by the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of the Function Plotter homebrew. This Lua application will enable users to plot functions on their handheld system, sort of like how you'd use a graphing calculator.

Given that there's no readme included with this release, here are its controls:
  • Press select to call the osk and select to hide it.
  • Press square to plot the function.
Those interested in reading more details about this application will want to visit sony_psp_ player's release thread over at the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums. Be sure to post your feedback and suggestions while you're there.

» I wish I were a derivative...

So I could lie tangent to your curves.

» Not a bad idea

Speaking of derivatives...it would be really easy to make a derivative and second derivative plotter in this(I know, I've made a similar program in C). Anyway, if you used the point-by-point method, just plot the slope between each 2 points on the graph to get the first derivative and do the same for the second derivative(use the 1st derivative as source this time though).

Cheers,

Adrian
