PSP Homebrew: Extreme Link v1.6.3

PSP homebrew developer Quake gave us a heads up on the release of the latest version of his Extreme Link. The new feature for Extreme Link version 1.6.3 is called Guide. He explained that the previous PNG Imager was stripped and remade into Guide.
