PSP Homebrew - ExEc_You 1.1

This homebrew here is a plugin impressively created by Albandu51, a 14 year-old French developer. He may be young, but he does hold promise with his early projects for the homebrew community, so let's support him, why don't we?

Here are his notes:

ExEc_You can luanch eboot,iso,cso,"url network",off the psp & restart the psp , on a icon xmb's . This is configfile "ExEc_You.txt" near of prx in Seplugins :
RIEN = NONE.
//Warning , For Url , Set "/" at end of url. Example: albandu51.fr/ else network won't launch.

I tried it but when I start up the PSP, all it does is flash the MS LED light.
