Homebrew coder Total_Noob has dropped by our forums to release a new version of DayViewer, a handy plugin that allows you to displays the day of the week on your XMB. The latest update now includes the ability to add battery percent, month name and year.

Version 5 changelog
  • Added ability to add battery percent, month name and year.
  • Changed patch way, now the day will change without to reboot.
  • Changing date- and timeformat no longer required.
  • Fixed all bugs wich are appeared in beta 4.
Instructions:
  • Copy the 'seplugins' folder to your Memory Stick and add this line to vsh.txt: 'ms0:/seplugins/dayviewer.prx 1'.
  • Adjust the 'dayviewer.txt' file to your needs.
  • Reboot your psp and enjoy

great plugin! i like to go in the dayviewer.txt file and add my name behind the days so my name is on the corner of my xmb lol

I'm glad you added the battery percentage to it. If the PSPgo gets hacked, be sure to make one for that too--I doubt they removed the gauge for the battery for that...they just hid the info.

I was just wondering if it were possible to make it so it shows this information in the in-game xmb? I mean the "Do you want to quit the game?" screen of course. Thats where it really matters in my opinion.
