Homebrew developer Lokiare has released a new version of the CPU-Modulator PRX, a plugin that automatically changes your PSP's clock speed for optimum performance.

This release supports speeds ranging from 333mHz all the way down to 96mHz. According to the dev, the plugin will cycle from, say, 333 to 332 to 331 and so on until it finds the perfect clock speed for your programs. Lokiare also says that version 0.20 changes speed less and runs much smoother. Here's the changelog:
  • Log output doesn't work right.
  • Added support for full range of speeds from 96 to 333.
  • When logging it seems to lock it in at around 222.
You can download the latest version of CPU-Modulator PRX below. Remember to read the readme file included in the file bundle for installation instructions.
