Homebrew coder Art has released a new update of AVEC, a GPS Vector map viewer for the PSP. The latest update now features a track up display mode and various other improvements.

Check out this video demo of the app using the track up display mode. According to Art, because it's a vector mapping program, all the points are rotated to the course angle and the map then rotates in the direction of travel.

» Well...

there is a version for newer firmwares. But if you want GPS support you will need 1.50 kernel.

@Art Great work as all ways.

» HAHAHA

To all of you retards who keep saying that no one needs 1.50 support because no developers make programs for it anymore: WRONG!

» Good start..

but no street names or ANYTHING? Kind of only useful if you already know the layout of the land. I look forward to the final product. This could be rather amazing.
