PSP Homebrew Developer Mediumgauge has released PSP Filer 4.3, giving a new feature that allows the app to reorder XMB icons, and also a slight tweak to the fonts.
There may not be new major features as in v4.2, but the update addresses a number of bugs that would crash the system. Here's the changelog for version 4.3 from the author:
General:
- Reduced cyrillic font size of UTF-8 and Cyrillic-1251 charset.
- Added a feature to re-order XMB icons.
- Fixed a bug Filer was crashed when it plays a large wav file.
- Fixed a bug Filer was crashed when it opens a folder which has some kind of ISO/CSO.
- Fixed a bug following PNG picture was not drawn correctly: 16bit gray scale, 48bit color, and having alpha-blend.
- Fixed a bug that caused in version 4.2, a wallpaper could not be saved.

There is a bug when you want to change the xmb order and you have k_xploit games in your game150 folder then the psp stop and after a while the psp turns off
