The first time we saw iFind Media Portal, we literally thought for a moment that it was an official release of some big money-making company. But no, it is a freeware created by Cronos which include coders lil_naruto, Yongobongo, and whoelse.

Like the name of the program implies, it is a one-stop perfect PSP companion (open TXT files, chat with your friends, find your links, password protection, play games, run applications, view images, find your media).

Among the above mentioned features, iFind also comes in with XDE or Cross Developer Expansion. In case you still don't have a clue as to what this is, +PLUS successor XDE allows for other coders to build onto and expand the application. A LINK center has also been provided for these creative people to host their works for other users.

Lastly, here are the latest addition to this nifty application:
  • Totally revamped GUI
  • LINK Browser (now has tabs)
  • Chatrooms
  • XDE Ready
  • LiNK Center
  • Cleaned up coding for faster loading
  • About page with Help
  • WLPM Built in
  • Iorkara's PSP Links Page Built in
  • New customization features (much more easier to customize)
  • Start up sound
  • Improved protection

» Qj has gone way downhill-- ifind has been out for at least 6 months.

I never thought that it was true, but qj is slipping. this has been out for at least 6 months. In fact lil_naruto is a user on the offical AU Sony PSP forums.

by Epixx - 2007-01-20 14:27
» No it hasn't...

iFind has been out for a while, but this is a brand new version released either today or yesterday. And Cronos isn't the team. Lil_Naruto is the creator, and he also goes by the name of Cronos.

by lil_naruto - 2007-01-20 16:32
» Exactly as Epixx said!

ValiX you are correct in a way but you are confused. I have accounts at both the AU Forums and US Forums. This is in fact a new release of iFind you havn't noticed from the screens posted above and I have also posted about the new release in the AU Forums too.

And as for the name Cronos my site explains it all:

"But no, it is a freeware created by Cronos which include coders lil_naruto, Yongobongo, and whoelse."

whoelse didn't do anything, and I beleive that I did. And, cronos is not a team. Its just lil_naruto. We helped. Get your facts straight, QJ.

» Extraction error?

If you're extracting with WinRAR and you xtract to iFind/ you may get a problem like that. Select Extract Here when extracting and your problem should be resolved. Either that or your JavaScript's not on.

by Squeeker1 - 2007-01-22 10:28
» iFind 3.0 Neeon

I like the LiNK browser lil_naruto. But...there are some loading errors... But still looks cool. BTW Cronos IS lil_naruto not a team!
