Power Management Plugin 0.2 - Image 1

3r Ch4mp1 has released version 0.2 of Power Management Plugin to add a new mode and to update it for the latest M33 custom firmware versions. If you missed the first release of the plugin, Power Management is a handy tool to let your PSP conserve energy and save on the batteries.

3r Ch4mp1 has added the Black Screen Mode to the plugin. Toggle it on or off by pressing L+START. It's useful if you just want to listen to music. Here's the full changelog for version 0.2:

  • Added the Black Screen Mode, it turns off your PSP Screen, and if you press buttons it will remain black, useful when listening songs

  • Fixed the compatibility bugs which lead to system to a crash with the latest M33 Firmware updates

  • Some of the key combinations were changed in order to be more compatible with the latest M33 updates, and by popular demand with Wildcard Firmwares too

And although it isn't part of the changelog, 3r Ch4mp1 also wanted to thank a couple of folks:

  • To Neophyte for being my tester

  • To CoolJ for helping me and reviewing one snippet of my code

  • To all of them who used the initial release of the plugin and made suggestions and reported bugs

  • To pspdev.org for their SDK and their API

  • To all my friends

  • To Mariloli, because I simply love you, and for making me dream with kissing you till the sunrise.

Don't forget to consult the readme before installing. For further discussions, go to the PSP development forum linked below.

God your idiots .... its so you can have the screen turned off (to preserve battery) & still be able to use buttons to cycle through songs. Its idiots like you that force devs to put child inspired read mes with their apps.
