As DGGC92's first homebrew project, playPSP v1.1 is something worth checking out. It's coded in Lua and is the developer's take on Atari's Pong game, but before you start moaning and groaning about how we've seen too many homebrew incarnations of the classic game, listen up.

Not only does playPSP v1.1 have playPong - it's for two players, BTW. It also has a useful application that some of you might be needing: playPIXFIX. It's a pixel fixer application that helps drive out those stuck pixels plaguing your screen. Remember, no matter how hypnotic those flashing colors are, don't stare at the screen for too long while you're running a pixel fixer.

Now, for a one-two punch, this neat little bundle still delivers. Besides, it's DGGC92's first Lua homebrew project, so why don't we all give the developer a warm welcome!

Well

Good work on your first project, although I hate pixel fixers! They can fix nothing.

.

Always nice to see a new developer! BTW, to get AI in the pong, all you need is to check if the ball is above or below the center of the pad thing, and move it toward that direction. The AI can be adjusted by using random numbers, different speeds of movement on the pad thing, and maybe some other things.
