Personal Media Manager - Image 1

Curieux36 has once again updated his PC application for the PSP, Personal Media Manager (PMM), to version 2.93. In case some of you aren't familiar with this homebrew application, we'll give a brief description. Personal Media Manager is a PC app (again, folks, it's a PC application meant to be run on PCs) that allows users to organize PSP-compatible files like movies, music, ISOs, images, DAXs, CSOs, and other homebrew files.

From the changelog the homebrew developer provided, we can see that there have been a lot of improvements since its previous version where the PS3 movie encoding feature was added. Changes to the management of video files and images have been made in this version. The full changelog follows (as taken from PSPGen and translated via weblator):

Management of the videos:
  • Relook of the page of management of the videos
  • Posting of the videos in miniature using label
  • Correction various bugs on the encoding of the files to format PS3
  • Addition of the possibility of visualizing the videos directly starting from the software
  • Addition of prefix "PS3" on the videos encodes with format PS3 to identify them more easily
  • Addition of the button "Helps" in top on the right (with with dimensions of the cross) to post on line help (necessary connection Internet)
Management of the images
  • Addition of the button "Helps" in top on the right (with with dimensions of the cross) to post on line help (necessary connection Internet)
