PBSpoof v1.00 - Image 1Having trouble running some of your homebrews due to compatibility issues on your Sony PSP's firmware version? You may want to take a look at this new application released by developer PEB , dubbed PBPSpoof v1.0

According to PEB, this app will enable your handheld to run EBOOT files that are intended for use on newer fw versions. Doing so is just a matter of running PBPSpoof, and selecting the EBOOT you're trying to run. This app's built to run on all 3.xx CFWs, although PEB hasn't tested if it'll work on the PSP Slim.

Full details on how to install and run this application are available in the file bundle's readme. Just keep your translator handy, as it's all in French.  If you happen to run into any bugs, you may want to visit PEB's original release site via the source link.

» Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeee: Or

the average user doesn't know what a hex editor is let alone how to use it.

not to mention some applications like cwcheat use a hash of the eboot to as identification so modifying the eboot is not always the best option.

Nice app keep up the good work.
