Homebrew - Nanodesktop 0.3.7 - Image 1Pegasus2000 has released a new version of Nanodesktop, the popular SDK for homebrew devs. This version has several bug fixes as well as three important new features, including support for Python and the PSP serial port.

» Copy and Paste?

I would like to point out that Copy And Paste has been a basic feature of every Windows Mobile and Blackberry phones for several years now. For this to be finally added to the iPhone OS and only after the second generation iPhone just goes to show how out of touch Apple is. What's next, user replaceable batteries? Removeable miniSD card slots? Will these be big news as well? The iPhone's biggest 'innovations' are its multitouch screens, and its easy to learn interface, which is nothing more than icons you push on a screen that, again, Windows Mobile has been doing for years as well, just in different places. And unlike the iPhone, you can install user-chosen software with the original manufacturer and programmer's blessings -for free-, which to me, is a detraction of Apple, not an innovation. Software stores are usually included with carriers, but it's not hard to implement one for Windows Mobile either. So really, copy and paste is something that should have just been reported in a changelog bullet.
