MasterBoy v2.01 |
Ó
PSP homebrew developer Brunni has just updated the MasterBoy emulator, bringing the application up to version 2.01.This app is a PSP-based emulator for playing games from the Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Super Game Boy, Sega Master System (SMS), and Game Gear handhelds. MasterBoy's latest release is expected to carry the following tweaks:
- Finished the english documentation on how to colorize your games!
- This version fixes a bug with sound volume when loading RIN states.
- The file list can now display up to 1024 roms.
- Added a small debug mode for the kernel version (copy the EBOOT from the Kernel mode directory to your MasterBoy directory on the PSP - this version runs significantly slower, so use it only for debugging and colorization). For people who reported me strange problems, press L+R+Triangle in the menu. It will show the available RAM. If you have the problem of save states not working after a while, please tell me how this value evolutes. Also, if this mode is enabled when going to Save states, SRAM, Save now, a message box with some information will appear, if you have the SRAM problem (not saving) please report to me the displayed text.
- Bugfixes

Thanks for the emu!
Is this the best GB/SGB/GBC emulator for PSP?
Does it tell you what the ambient temperature of the inside of your PSP is!?
I would use it just for that.
no idiot screaming "FIRST!" in the last like 10 articles...a new day of homebrew dawns!!
Can u get full screen on this emulator cuz i dont kno how.
first
Is this emulator better than RIN?
you can probably avoid ram issues by not loading all runtimes into one eboot make your eboot just a menu for roms/options etc...
then load your different emu cores as needed like plugins
Game Boy game "Boxing (JU).zip (36 kb)" dosn't work!!! In RIN emu select button dosn't work, not big deal, but NOW start button dosn't work, HELP!!!
It has a nice GUI menu. But as far as functionality, it still has ways to go.
My main problem with it, is that it doesn't have a cheat option.
you make more money on www.c
Or, you both could stop posting your refferals so you can make money. Hows that sound?
