Links2

Danzel over at the PSPRadio forums has just released an update to the awesome Links2 browser. This version (r1142) basically fixes a few things. But a bit of an update is the new "Connect to" dialog. In Danzel's words, "simple, unelegant and dirty"

And here's the official changelog:
  • Wifi "Connect to" dialog.
  • Renamed screenshots to PSPLinks2_xxx
  • Changed thread priorities.
It's awesome to see Links2 being updated so quickly. Can't wait for the next update :)

Good work Danzel.

This is not better than the 2.0 browser though. As a web developer, I feel the pain of unsupported html/xhtml features.

When this product introduces more basic html rendering features it may actually become a viable browser. Until then, I'll stick to my 2.0 browser that handles most CSS, Javascript, and even Flash with the new update.

# thanks a bunchGuest 2006-05-17 11:34
I'm glad that there's a good web browser for the PSP that slightly faster than the Sony browser IMO. And I'm really glad for the connection selection because I, too, got tired of deleting and creating connections. Thanks!
