this thing is reallllly buggy, I'm getting all kinds of glitches... tried to change the skin, but it stays on the default skin, menus switching by themselves... a loop when adding a song to the playlist that automatically goes to the file playing screen, switches back to playlist screen, back to file screen, back to the playlist screen etc... I'm switching back to the last build until this one's fixed... Oh, and if the developer is reading this, I have a couple of suggestions you may want to take into account: 1.The ability to switch to sleep mode while a file is playing and having that file continue where it was upon waking the PSP. (this one is very important to me) 2.Also, It'd be nice to be able to browse through my other mp3s while one is playing instead of being stuck on the file playing screen.
You do know that the Sleep Function you want was added ALONG time ago. I'm sticking to 1.7.2 i think. the one after the flac bugfix. =) It's the most stable build and there isn't much it needs it's perfect for what it needs so. my suggestion would be to ask for people to foward their probs to a certain email address so you test it properbly. =) My Most Used Homebrew =) though i think this prog needs to take the idea the PRX that underclocks your PSP has, it turns of the screen. hold button from power doesn't put on standby and stuff. it's a good idea, problem with using the PRX in the prog is because it underclocks too far down for FLAC. so either that PRX gets modded or this progs gets it impl. that's what i have to say n'ways Cyaz!
I'm using v 2.0.0b1 on 4.01M33 and it ISN'T a feature DUMBO... If I'm playing a song and I put the PSP into sleep mode, when I wake it up, the song is not still playing... Light MP3 is sitting on the File view and even if I hit Cross, it won't resume, I have to hit circle to go back to the file browser and then click the song again to start it playing again... FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE SONG. I'm not debating this with you... I know what it does on my PSP, I'm stating it. And I actually have use the Hold 1.2 prx with LightMP3 beta 1 with no issues. It only underclocks to 61Mhz, which is substantially faster than LightMP3 can run stably... with the exception of FLAC. So please look into things a little more before you start calling others dumbo... *****.
i use light mp3 ver. 2.0.0alpha4 and i have to say its the best light mp3 yet i have found no bugs and it works just like beta2
There is a problem about OGG engine. When playing some OGG files it doesn't detect its rate. And if you have more than one like this problem it tries to play everyone of files faster and faster and then reboots PSP. Is this known?
Right 'cause when I put it in sleep it resumes =) Maybe you should FEKKING downgrade to the version I STATED in my POST.... so yeah, flap your ears and fly. *if you don't get it you are REALLY dumb* 1.7.2 is the best so far, and what you want is packaged in it. That is all. Izuna out
you're right man, you're completely right and I'm the idiot < /sarcasm > I actually tried version 1.7.2 just to see if it did work, and it didn't... let me clarify in simple terms so that MAYBE you might be able to understand me... as the track was playing, I hit the PSP power button to put the PSP into sleep mode... after the PSP was in sleep mode, I hit the power button again to wake up the PSP, whereupon Light MP3 was still on the same screen.... the screen it was on while the mp3 was playing... but the song wasn't still playing... it was silence... are you getting all of this? this is version 1.7.2, yes. Here's a question for you DUMBO... what version FW are you on? because I CLEARLY stated earlier that this is with 4.01M33-2... if you're using another version and that's why you've been ranting that its working on yours, then you're a bigger idiot than I thought, because not only are you a complete ass and know it all, but apparently you lack the necessary skills for accurately reading a comment as well....
I'll try it out to see if I like it... I had been using beta 1 and haven't gotten any bugs with it so far, just would like those 2 suggestions to be implemented and it'd be perfect. This new build, beta 2 is the one that was giving me all kinds of bugs. I hope it gets sorted out soon, as I really like a lot of the features that were implemented into this new build.
---->it wont play my favorite music which is "Swing Girls Live" my other music plays well. i guess i'm sticking to visual mp3. A Blue Screen appears when I play "Swing Girls Live.mp3" and says "Your psp crashed" But other mp3 work well.
YOu suck because what you are talking about works in my PSP. maybe you should wake up from your dream you dumbass..... holy crap, maybe you should check what version of PSP you have or what bloody vision you have. Works for me, imo your an idiot. nuff said.
I turn on my MP3 player. I play Shall Never Surrender I flick the power switch It goes into standby I flick it again It continues the song where it left off yeah oh yeah maybe my PSP is god
