Homebrew developer Edison Carter rolled out a new build for the much-loved application LCS CheatDevice, bringing it up to version 1.0g. This particular program is to be used with Rockstar North's Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and allows gamers to use certain cheats.
Given the previous version of LCS CheatDevice, the most important feature of this build is that the cheat application's PRX is now compatible with DevHook and custom firmwares SE, OE and M33. Edison Carter provided as well the following reminders:
Works with the original or patched U.S. disk and the unpatched UK/EU disk. Sorry, the patched UK/EU disk is not currently supported. Some features are not implemented in the PRX version. Version 1.0g PRX adds support for 3.10OE-A and up. You must use lcscheatdevice371.prx for 3.71 M33 or higher.
LCS CheatDevice v1.0g comes with a Readme.txt file that should provide you with all necessary information regarding installation and usage. Browse through that first before doing anything to avoid problems.

This hacked bricked my psp i had installed it like it said and was going to recovery mode and nothing happen just stayed black then it shut off thank god for pandora and it keeps bricking till i delete it of my MS
What the hell are you babbling on about? You're supposed to set it up to load in GAME mode. And you're supposed to load it from the MEMORY STICK. If you write it into flash, it'd be no wonder you bricked.
I've been waiting forever for this! Now I can beat all those frustrating missions that made me want to chuck the PSP.

Thanks Edison - my 2.01 fw was broken thanks to you, and my UP chip has been on 3.03 oec soley to use the GTA cheat devices - so now it's free for later fws. You've freed me once more!!
all i did was put my psp on usb mode copy the file on the root of the memory stick everytime i turn it of and back on i wouldn't turn on the screen just stayed black the problem was fix when i deleted it

Isn't that a bit old of a game? I want a VCS Cheat Device that works with my 3.71 M33-2...Or is there one already? I hope so!
