Chilly Willy has just released the newest version of the homebrew application, KeyCleaner version 1.2. KeyCleaner is an app that shows the state of the IdStorage in your Sony PSP, and makes corrections to common problems caused by the old downgraders (TA-082/86 only). It will also dump keys if necessary.Version 1.2 of Chilly Willy's KeyCleaner has the following features added:
- Easier than ever to use
- No external keys needed
- Can create keys if needed (for hard-downed PSPs)
- Colors are inverted to make it easier on the eyes

really thought my PSP had keys to be cleaned nice APP btw.
This works great. It fixed all my keys which were messed up by the noobz softdown I did a long time ago.
Wait since this doesn't need "external" keys any more does this mean that you have cracked kirk chilly willy?? if you have then wow this is going to be a great step forward in custom firmware development....
Nice work. Luckily I've never needed this, but it's good to know that it's there if needed.

i just used this app and found out my first 3 keys failed, this app fixed them all. nice work.
doesn't this mess up with the idstorage?
what does cleaning the keys do for ur psp?
the same as CCleaner does for your registry; it keeps your keys more organized, and also makes a little more free space in the registry when keys are deleted..
this messe up your psp keys...
