Palyons informed us of a new version of Chilly Willy's Keycleaner. For those who haven't heard of it, Keycleaner is an application used to check the contents of the keys in your IdStorage and dump them if necessary. Here's the basic description of the homebrew application given by Chilly Willy:
A new, easy to use app to show the state of the IdStorage in your PSP, and make corrections to common problems caused by the old downgraders (TA-082/86 only). Will dump keys as well.
The new version, known as Keycleaner v1.1, adds cleanups functions and support for PSPs in different regions.
As always, make sure you check the readme for more information on using and installing Keycleaner to your PSP. Remember that you don't really need to use an app like Keycleaner unless you modified more than one key to get 1.5 running on TA-082/86 PSPs, and even then, you should use the application with caution.

Yeah - I've got the zero-th post! And it's my 8th birthday too!!!
For those who think this can fix the brightness bug, no KeyCleaner has nothing to do with it. It only helps to fix any corrupted key if u used a non corruption free downgrader previously. This can fix your usbhost problem and battery bug that will shutdown psp below 12%. Keys will be fixed are key 4,5,6,841,42,43,45,46 adn 47. Important: Pls dump yr key before u fix any key.
Wow, it fixed my 12% battery problem and now I can load ISOs through USB =)
do you need this if you have a ta-082 and used the 3.03 downgrader. i read somewhere you only need this for the 2.71 dg since it corrupts more keys than the 3.03 one.
do I have to be at firmware 1.00 for this to work?
