Install Pandora v0.9 beta - Image 1Install Pandora is homebrew developer Victor 23300's contribution to the easy installer scene. Though the homebrew application was created without any translation to English, it would still serve as a delectable addition to easy installer options for Sony PlayStation Portable users.

We've heard word about this app's release, and it's currently being touted around as a three-minute installer for Pandora Battery. Unfortunately, it's currently limited to Windows XP users, and it isn't certified to work on Windows Vista. Furthermore, it is tested to work only on Sony PSPs running on custom firmwares with version 1.5 kernels. So that would include Dark AleX' 3.71 M33 CFW, but not  _HellDashX_'s 3.72 HX-1 CFW.

Soon enough, developer Victor 23300 will update the beta with features enabling Installer Pandora to work on PSPs downgraded to firmware 1.50. There's no word on whether a translated version will be out, however. With a probable language barrier in place, we'll just highlight what you'll need to do before executing the app.

First, make sure you've got a memory stick ready and inserted - up to Pandora's grade (128 MB capacity is safest), if possible. Also prepare a separate class-A Sony PSP battery to be converted to a jigkick. Connect the PSP to your PC's USB port and activate the USB connection.

Run the application, and just press any key to continue through each step of the way. The program will do the rest. Happy homebrewing folks!

And thanks to SeanPaul223 for the tip!
