IceTea v1.3 - Image 1Homebrew developer Tommydanger recently updated his homebrew application, IceTea to v1.3. Aside from making Popstation-compatible PSX eboots, it also allows you to create PSP-compatible PSX eboots, extract ISOs from PSX eboots, create manual from png images, and to create manuals from a simple text file.

All of these you could do just by using this one program. Anyway, here is the changelog for v1.3:
  • fixed auto id bug
  • ability to patch manual game id
  • proper check of toc file
  • reorganized menu bar
Tommydanger provided a very detailed readme file that comes with the download, so you won't have a hard time using this app. Also, you could check out our past report on this app if you want more info about IceTea. With all that said, here's the download link.

so whats the difference between a psp psx eboot and a pops psx eboot???

they both run on psp?? i dont know...

to QJ can you write your news items with a bit more information, im not a noob but i dont know everything...

im sure most people who visit here range from noob to expert but shouldn't you write your news items with the 'noob' in mind, so people who know can skip that bit,

its easier than writing in a way that you expect people to know

# best popstation gui everGuest 2007-02-05 01:46
thanks to Tommydanger fro this great app.

Easy to use and all in one utility. Keep up the good work (for future DarkAlex's firmwares that is, as for now it is flawless).

Maybe just one silly suggestion: why not make the default choice for compression level 9? I guess anyone's using that.

Ideal successor of the very good-once-but-almost-dead popgui by Kingsquitter.
